Delivery Information

Delivery typically takes place within 7-10 working days.  However, some of our products will have a much longer delivery lead time.  To confirm accurate delivery information, lead times or see if you can book a next day delivery, please contact a member of our Sales Team on 03300 022250.  Once you have placed your order our courier will contact you to arrange/confirm a suitable delivery date, before attempting to deliver.

Our ‘Normal Delivery’ is a one man kerbside delivery service, which includes offloading the crate/s from the vehicle via tail-lift and placing the crate/s onto a hard standing level area (kerbside, or driveway constructed from tarmac, block paving or concrete) using a manual pallet trolley.  The driver may require assistance offloading, please have someone on site to assist if necessary.  Unfortunately, our drivers are unable to deliver on to a gravel drive or sloping surface.  If you have special delivery requirements, specialist vehicles can be arranged at a cost.  Please contact our sales team for further information at

Specified Delivery Information – We are able to offer a Specified Delivery Service where orders can be delivered to you on a chosen day and time.  Please contact our sales team for more information.

Express Next Day Delivery Information – We are able to offer an Express Next Day Delivery Service on in-stock items where orders can be delivered to you the following day.  Please contact our sales team for more information.

The courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.  Once you have confirmed a delivery date this can’t be changed and delivery must be accepted on the date specified.  It is essential that someone is available to receive delivery, if you miss your delivery you will be charged for the costs incurred, this is typically the original cost of delivery.  Please advise the courier of any constraints which may restrict access to your property.

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition if you should find any damages or the product is faulty please do not just sign the delivery note.  Once you have signed for the delivery you have signed for the goods as in “good condition” and “quantity correct”. Any returns following delivery will incur a charge. It is the customer responsibility to check that the ordered quantity has been delivered. We cannot rectify shortages not reported at the point of delivery. It is not our responsibility to determine if the person taking delivery on your behalf is qualified to do so. We are not responsible to make up any shortages or damages discovered subsequent to a 3rd party incorrectly signing for goods “in good condition” and “quantity correct” on your behalf. We cannot be held responsible for the drop point or being instructed to place the goods in an unfit area.

We cannot guarantee the time of delivery, it can be any time on the date given. However, the delivery driver will attempt to provide an estimated time and will inform you of any delay. Please inspect any goods before signing the delivery note and refuse the delivery if damage is seen.   Please contact our customer services team by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order to notify them of any problems with the product or delivery.

When ordering your materials it is important to allow 5% extra for cuts, waste and a small number of potential breakages, usually between 2% – 5% breakages on delivery are acceptable.  Subject to signing the delivery note as “Damages Received”, you have 24 hours from the date of delivery in which to report full details of any damaged items and we ask you to follow up your initial contact in writing with photos by way of an email to

It is advisable that the person accepting delivery is able to help the driver as assistance may be needed to help unload. Please arrange for contractors or labour to be available to assist the driver for large orders.

Please bear in mind delivery times or dates may vary subject to change due to circumstances outside of our control such as unforeseen delays, extreme weather conditions or traffic. In this case, you will be informed and there will be no additional charge to you.
