Cancellation Policy

The next terms relate to most of our products excluding Clay Brick Slips.

Our customers have the right to cancel an order before a scheduled pickup from our collection yards.  A cancellation request must be given in writing and emailed to:

Once an order is placed and paid for on our website we act upon it immediately and start the administration and delivery process.  There are various stages your order goes through before leaving our yards and this includes costs incurred in the administration of bank card payments and refunds.

Kope-Store Ltd t/a will charge a restocking fee of 5% from the product cost of an order if a cancellation request is made. The balance of the refund will then be processed and normally takes 2 – 3 working days to reach the recipients bank account.

In regards to ‘Clay’ Brick Slips we are unable to allow an order cancellation once the cutting process has started.   We source the full-size bricks on our customer’s behalf and then arrange for a brick cutter to trim the bricks into Brick Slips.  This changes the nature of the original product and therefore the brick manufacturer will not accept cancellations or returns.  Kope-Store Ltd is unable to return altered stock, therefore, any customer entering a supply contract with Kope-Store Ltd t/a will not be able to cancel or return their order unless the product is seen as ‘Not As Advertised’ or ‘Faulty’ on delivery.
